Tenerife

For Christmas 2015, we went to Lanzarote in the Canary Islands.
The Canary's have fast become a favourite destination for us.

So, for Christmas 2016 we were off to the island of Tenerife.
It is the  largest and most populated of the seven Canary Islands.
It is also the most populated island of Spain, with a land area of 2,034.38 square kilometres (785 sq mi) and
898,680 inhabitants,  43 percent of the total population of the Canary Islands.

The Hotel

We stayed at an H10 hotel in Adeje (pronounced "a-deck-ey", located on the Southwest part of the island.

Nice view from our room.

Main lobby.

We had opted for the all inclusive package, which is the norm in this part of the world.  Staying here was like being on a cruise ship.
There were three restaurants on site, but the real show was in the main dining area.
